1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BullsEyeBot (website, Telegram bot, Chrome extension or related services), you agree to these terms. The service may be in pre-launch, beta or full release; we may update these terms and will post changes on the site or notify via our Telegram community.

2. Service Description

BullsEyeBot is an AI-powered trading tool for the Solana blockchain (Telegram bot and Chrome extension). It provides AI confidence signals, Jupiter DEX swaps, wallet management, limit orders and copy trading. We are not a financial advisor, broker or custodian. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with local laws.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency and trading. Use of the service from restricted regions may be prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus (e.g. 0.2 SOL for waitlist members) is subject to our eligibility rules and may be distributed at launch or as stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions. One bonus per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading involve substantial risk. Prices can be highly volatile. Past performance and AI signals do not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

6. Limitation of Liability

BullsEyeBot and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed profits, technical failures, third-party services (e.g. Solana, Jupiter, Telegram) or misuse of the bot. The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
